After last week's see-saw week, stocks continued last Thursday's rally. The Dow was up over 180 points.
Traders turned more optimistic due to JP Morgan's increase bid for Bear Stearns. JP Morgan is now offering $10/share, instead of $2 a share. Bear Stearns shares were up close to 89% today, closing at 11.26, which is still above JP Morgan's new bid.
